   Recently, we introduced five process characteristic of CHAENG Indonesia nickel slag grinding mill. In fact except for those characteristics, CHAENG also do a lot of upgrade to many detail parts of this kind of machine, and also optimized the process technology.

  1. cylindrical screen instead of linear vibrating screen

  Indonesia nickel slag production line not use the traditional linear vibrating screen, as for its motor has large noise, large useless work, high requirement for basis device and other disadvantages. Therefore, CHAENG first use the cylindrical screen instead of linear vibrating screen in 300,000 tons project. The cylindrical screen has high screening efficiency, small motor power, small floor space, low requirement for equipment foundation, etc. And also increase the wear-resisting measures that can prolong the screen life.

  2. Upgrade the material feeding ways

  The material out of warehouse is no longer discharged by manual lift, which is directly through the quantitative feeding machine return lifting hoist to vertical mill.these measures can effectively solve the dust problem when the material in warehouse send to truck bucket, and also reduce the cost for manual and vehicle transport.

  3. hot air furnace system optimized

  Indonesia wet climate take into consider, this project hot air furnace capacity is lager than normal machines. The fan air flow can be controlled for frequency control, the consumption of coal number can also be measured,according to customer’s demand we increase blast furnace blast furnace gas interface, heat source can use the coal outlet by casting factory and also can use fired coal.

  4. Cold air valve moved to the wind box

  Moved the cold air value of hot air furnace into wind box, one reason is this measures can avoid the damage leads by the cold air valve high ambient temperature, another reason is through this method it can save the cold air valve repair platform to reduce manufacturing cost.

  5. Adopt dust collection tube

  As for the large dust and disorder pipe, CHAENG sealed the vertical grinder slag mill discharge, slagging belt together through the frame for dust collection, and no longer needs large quantity pipes so that the appearance can be present more clean and tidy.

  6. Air cooled system is weed out

  According to customers demand, the air compressor no longer use air cooled function and replaced by the water-cooled which is much better.

  7. Centrally placed air machine

  The main dust collector chute fan and to the finished product elevator chute fan design position is more dispersed of original 300,000 tons, and in this project we centrally placed the 4 set machine, which can save the space cost.

  8. Pneumatic control valve optimized

  The pneumatic control valve inside the warehouse set up the cement platform so that it is convenient for worker to check and maintenance.

  9. Increased the sliding support

  In order to avoid the expansion, we especially increase the sliding support between the louvers and expansion bamboo, the support total is 4 sets can made the circulating air duct more solid.
