A complete cement production line of the main production systems are:

1. Broken system: raw materials mining and transportation production process

2. Ingredients system

5. Clinker mill system: the production of cement products manufacturing process - cement vertical mill

6. Storage: The production process of cement packaging

In the above process, there is a narrow sense of the "two grinding a kiln." Which the calcination system, clinker manufacturing process cement rotary kiln required heat, need to set up another coal mill for heat supply and demand. So constitute a "three mill a kiln."

Vertical raw mill: limestone, clay raw materials and a small amount of correction materials by crushing after a certain proportion with the grinding.

Rotary kiln : the raw material in the cement industry kiln calcined to some melting, after cooling to calcium silicate as the main component of the clinker process.

Cement vertical mill: the clinker added gypsum, and other mixed materials together with the vertical mill equipment into a cement finished.

Coal mill: to provide the required heat for the calcination of the rotary kiln, providing a strong guarantee for the production of cement clinker.
