Active lime is an important auxiliary material for steel casting, and active lime can improve the steel molten quality, increase production, reduce the steel casting consumption and cost, stabilized operation and a series of other characteristic, the active lime have a broad market and widely application in near future. Detail calcine process

1. The qualified limestone(20-50mm) lifted to the top of preheater by lifting hoist.

2. The preheater is feeding by the 2 level meters up and down, then through the discharge pipe the material will uniformly distributed to preheater machine.

3. The active lime will be heated up to 900 ℃ by 1150 ℃ kiln flue gas, and decomposed about 30%. Through hydraulic push rod send to rotary kiln, the lime after calcine in rotary kiln will be calcined into CaO and carbon dioxide.

4. The calcined lime send to cooler and outlet after cooled under 100 ℃ by the cold air in rotary kiln. And then heated by 600℃ exchange hot air send to kiln and flamed with gas mixture.

5. Exhausted gas cooled by cool air will collected to dust collector, and though the draft fan enter chimney.

6. The cooled lime though feeding machine, chain bucket conveyor, bucket elevator and belt conveyor send to lime product warehouse.

Lime production line advantage

1. The active performance is 30ml higher than traditional vertical kiln.

2. As for the material uniformly rolled forward and heated, which is suitable for calcining the high active lime, under the same conditions, lime activity of lime kiln is higher than that of the vertical kiln, with an average height of 30ml, active lime performance is up to 40ml or more higher.

3. Good quality of finished product.

4. Uniformly product quality and burning or over burning is <8%.

5. Automatic control that reduce the labor costs.
