Before purchasing rotary kiln, the buyer shall declare to the manufacturer：type of materials, status of materials (especially moisture content), capacity, capacity variation range of requirement, the aim for pro processing, the location of feeding (tail or central), type of fuel. Then the manufacturer will consider and design the rotary kiln technical parameter on the above conditions：diameter (inner diameter), length, inclination，rotate speed，capacity，heat consumption and required transmission power, feeding method.

Before contracting with the supplier, the buyer shall require the following key point on rotary kiln：

1. The material and thickness of the steel plate of the kiln tube, and welding is adopting the automatic way or not

2. The material of kiln tyre

3. The transmission model of main motor and reducer, and the brand and performance

4. The type of thrust roller, hydraulic or mechanical

5. The bearing type of the supporting device, rolling or sliding
