Activated lime rotary kiln is the key equipment for active lime production. Combined with the current situation and development trend of China's economic development, lime rotary kiln should changed in large-scale, automated, comprehensive utilization of circular economy development.

Qualified limestone(20-50mm) is lifed by the bucket elevator to the top silo of the preheater where there are two level indicators(up and down) controlling the feeding amount, and then is evenly distributed to every chamber in th preheater via the feeding chute. The limestone is heated to about 900℃ by the 1150℃ kiln flue gas, about 30% limestone is decomposed. Then the limestone is pushed into the rotary kiln where it is decomposed to Cao and CO2 by calcining. The decomposed limestone enters into the cooler and is cooled to 100℃ or below, then discharged. The 600℃ hot air after heat exchange enters into the kiln to mix with coal gas and burn. The waste gas enters into the bag dust collector via the draught fan after it is cooled down, then enters into the chimney via the exhaust fan. The lime from the cooler is conveyed to the finished lime warehouse through vibrating feeder, chain conveyor,bucket elector and belt conveyor.
