Slag production line is a kind of concrete admixture with superior performance. When it is applied to cement, it can substitute a large amount of clinker in equal amounts, and it can replace a large amount of cement equivalently with concrete. It can also improve the overall performance of concrete and reduce the production cost and energy saving. 

As well-known cement manufacturer in this cooperation has decided to expand the production line of ore powder to meet the development needs. The annual production of 1 million tons of mineral powder production line built by CHAENG has been operating well since 2012 and has won the recognition and trust of Henan customers. As a result, the customer again joined hands with CHAENG to cooperate on the annual production of 600,000 tons of mineral powder production line. The annual production capacity of 600,000 tons GGBS plant was put into production on November 25, 2017. The entire production line operated smoothly and achieved production standards.

1. The project uses dual-use gas as the heat source, making it more environmentally friendly;

2. The project's slag pile shed adopts a closed design that can reduce dust pollution.

2. Feeding system configuration spiral reamer

The host of this project uses CHAENGGRMS46.41 slag vertical mill. The vertical mill feed system adopts spiral reamer, which can disperse the adhesion material with larger water content, improve the feed yield and the grinding efficiency.

3. Fan and separator can be variable frequency adjustment

With an annual output of 600,000 tons of ore powder line, fans and separators can be frequency-controlled, not only to adjust the size of the finished product, to meet the different needs of customers, but also to reduce energy consumption, more energy-efficient.
