Bearing lubrication conditions are not up to standard
Vertical mill roller bearings have a relatively high operating temperature, and the internal temperature of the bearing is close to 200 ° C. If the type of lubricating oil is not correct, the oil used for lubrication will deteriorate or be evaporated due to high temperature and high pressure, thus losing the roller bearing. The function of protection and lubrication, which will increase the heat generated by the friction of the roller bearings, resulting in an abnormal increase in bearing temperature.
Solution: In order to ensure the performance and service life of the bearing, the lubricant should use a relatively high viscosity lubricant. Whenever the bearing is running for four months, the lubricant must be replaced in time, and the oil should not be less than forty liters per fill.
Vertical mill inlet air temperature is too high
During the operation of the mill, the inlet air temperature of the vertical mill should be properly controlled. If the wind temperature is too high, the roller bearing will gradually heat up, which will cause the temperature of the roller to be alarmed, causing the mill to stop.
Solution: When the system is installed, the temperature measuring component is installed at the entrance of the mill to monitor the temperature of the mill inlet in real time to avoid such things.
