Rotary kiln working principle

Cement raw materials enter from the connecting pipe between the first-stage cyclone cylinder and the second-stage cyclone cylinder, and they are dispersed in the rising air, then they will be brought to the first-stage cyclone cylinder, the gas-solid separation by centrifugal force in the first cyclone, the waste gas is discharged, and the raw meal is added to the connecting pipe between the second cyclone and the third cyclone again, and then repeat the process like before. In this way, the raw material passes through each cyclone, and the pipe connected to it successively. Each time it comes in contact with the rising airflow, it undergoes a heat exchange, so that the raw meal is heated up and up again and again, and the exhaust gas is cooled down and down again and again, using the heat of the exhaust gas to heat up the raw meal.
When the raw meal reaches a predetermined temperature, a small amount of carbonate decomposition will occur. The raw material from the fourth cyclone enters the precalciner. The raw material completes the dissociation of most of the remaining carbonates in the precalciner. The combustion of the fuel in the precalciner provides the energy required for the reaction.
