1.Simulation and modeling
Before pouring, CAE software was used to digitally simulate the casting process, analyze the and molding process and predict the quality. The metallurgical auxiliary equipment is complete and the overall size is well controlled. The water glass sand molding process can prevent the occurrence of hot cracks in the castings. At the same time, the pit shape is adopted, which is not affected by the season and has high production efficiency.
2.Pouring, heat treatment
The qualified raw and auxiliary materials are put into the electric arc furnace for smelting in proportion, and the molten iron is sampled for spectral analysis. After qualified, the casting is carried out according to the principle of "low temperature and quick casting", and the casting time and temperature are recorded.
3.Polishing and flaw detection
Carry out finishing processes such as cutting and pouring riser and flashing. CHAENG has a professional polishing and finishing team, large-scale shot blasting equipment, which can effectively improve the appearance quality of the trunnion rollers, so that the surface finish meets customer requirements, and uses flaw detection equipment to conduct non-destructive inspections to ensure the internal quality of the trunnion rollers.
