What should be paid attention in the commissioning of vertical mill load operation?
Vertical mill is a common grinding equipment in the industry at present, with high effect and good quality of finished products, so it is favored by major enterprises. After the vertical mill is installed and before it is officially put into production, the equipment must be debugged for load operation to ensure the normal use of the equipment in the later stage. So what aspects need to be paid attention to when the mill is running and debugging under load?
1. The base bolts of the mill and the base bolts of the main reducer should be tightened in place according to the torque required in the drawing, without loosening.
2. The connecting bolts between the grinding disc and the main reducer are tightened in place according to the required torque.
3. Whether the fixing bolts of the roller sleeve are fastened and have anti-loosening measures.
4. The rocker arm bolts of the grinding rollers are fastened in place, and the seals are installed reliably.
5. The oil pipelines of each thin oil station and hydraulic station have been installed, the position of the bracket is correct, and the flexible connection is reasonable and meets the design requirements.
6. The blade of the powder separator is reliable in installation, flexible in adjustment, and there is no rubbing phenomenon when manually turning the machine.
7. The wear-resistant materials at the outlet of the powder separator are bonded smoothly and firmly. The wear-resistant material inside the mill is bonded evenly.
8. The coupling gap between the main motor and the main reducer meets the design requirements.
9. The installation and connection of the grinding reamer, the retaining ring, the wind guide blade, the grinding lining plate and the scraping plate are reliable.
10. There is no rigid connection between the vertical mill body and other platforms and pipes.
11. Clean the powder separator and grinding disc.
