At the beginning of this century, Xinxiang Great Wall Co. began to cooperate with domestic and foreign companies to manufacture vertical mill. Due to the large scope and deeply co-operation, Xinxiang Great Wall comprehensively understands various models technology,become the largest manufacturer of vertical mill model, variety, size.
Adhering to the operation philosophy- " Integrate World Technology, Great Wall wisdom", Xinxiang Great Wall established of a research group of large size vertical mill in 2008, according to market and products development demand. We established base for production learning and research, cooperating with the Henan University of Science &Technology and other research institutes to develop vertical mill.
On the basis of study of abroad all kinds of models and considering the actual situation of China，Xinxiang Great Wall designed and created GRM series Vertical Mill with independent intellectual property rights. GRM series Vertical Mill integrates four functions –grinding, powder selecting, drying, material transporting, has features of centralized process, small footprint, low investment, energy saving.
In 2010, Xinxiang Great Wall independently designed and manufactured China's first large-size slag vertical mill. It run successfull in Xinxiang Great Wall ore powder production training base. Meanwhile, We break the monopoly of foreign coporations on the this technology and market, fill domestic blank on the design of large- size vertical mill.
By the end of 2012, the maximum size in domestic of ore powder production line 1 million tons annum and cement production line 1.5 million tons annum built by Xinxiang Great Wall was officially put into operation in Henan Meng Power Group. The devices not only reach index & production targets, and both mill slag, but also grind both products- ore powder and cement clinker, which is breakthrough.
In August 2013, Xinxiang Great Wall cooperated with Shanghai Baosteel built composite powder production line with output 1.5 million tons annum. Shanghai Baosteel is China’s ore quality standards maker. They choose Xinxiang Great Wall, which shows Xinxiang Great Wall has reached the national first-class standard both the ore grinding equipment ,process and final ore products.
In 2015, Xinxiang Great Wall invented multifunctional vertical grinding system. One set of vertical mill can grind a variety of materials, with excellent personalized and functional diversity. It bloomed splendor at the Eighth International Summit on Grinding Equipment Manufacturers, highly recognized by experts.
