Structure of Impact Crusher：

When being fed into the blow bar function area, the materials fall into breakage because of high-speed impact and get the second breakage after being thrown to the impact plate installed above rotor, and finally rebound to the blow bar area to get repeat crushing. The process repeats until materials are broken to the required size and then discharged from the bottom of the secondary impact crusher, We can get our required size of the end products by adjusting the clearance between the impact frame and the rotor frame for stone impact crusher popular in abroad

Working Principle of Impact Crusher：

The materials are crushed by impact energy produced in the crusher. When the materials enter the zone of the blow bar, they are flung into the impact equipments via the high-speed impact of the blow bar. These materials will be re-crushed after rebounding into the impact plate. The process goes on until the materials are crushed to the required size and then will be discharged from the outlet.
